Segal's ATA Martial Arts Birthday Parties
Santa Rosa
Segal’s ATA offers a birthday party that’s active and fun but also… structured. Kids learn basic martial arts moves, play games that involve teamwork and respect, and everyone gets to break a board at the end. It’s different from the free-for-all chaos of bounce house parties.
What Makes It Different
- Structured activities - not just “go play”
- Every kid participates - no wallflowers
- Character building - courtesy and respect woven in naturally
- Board breaking finale - kids feel accomplished
Age Groups
Tiny Tigers (Ages 4-7)
High-energy games with basic martial arts movements. Think Simon Says with kicks, obstacle courses, team games. Age-appropriate and fun.
Karate for Kids (Ages 7-12)
More actual martial arts technique, sparring games, and the chance to learn real moves. More challenging, more rewarding.
Why Parents Choose This
If your kid is into:
- Martial arts / ninja stuff
- Structure (some kids thrive with clear activities)
- Physical challenges
…this is a great fit. It’s also good if you want something with more substance than “jump around for 2 hours.”
The Board Breaking Moment
Every kid gets to break a board at the end. This sounds small but kids LOVE it. They feel powerful and accomplished. Great photo op too.
