Santa Rosa Gymnastics Center has been developing young athletes since 1975, training over 15,000 students in their 12,000+ square foot facility.

Programs by Age

Toddler Classes (Walking to Age 3)

• 45-minute parent-child classes
• Introduction to movement and coordination

Preschool (Ages 3-5)

• 45-minute classes
• 7:1 student-to-teacher ratio
• Building foundational skills

Recreational (Ages 6+)

• Skills-based progression
• Gender neutral class option for ages 7-12

Pre-Competitive & Competitive

• Invitation only
• For dedicated gymnasts

• 3 trampolines
• Tumble track
• 2 spring floors
• Full bar and beam equipment
• Vault
• 40-ft bouldering wall

Camps

• Full Day (ages 6-12): $80/day or $360-380/week
• Half Day: $45

Staff

All instructors are CPR and First Aid certified.
