Neptune Swimming

Neptune Swimming is a competitive swim team - the oldest in Northern California, dating back to 1955. This is for kids who already know how to swim and want to race and improve. Not swim lessons.

Important Distinction

This is NOT swim lessons. Your child needs to already be able to swim before joining. Neptune is for competitive swimming - practices, meets, times, training.

Practice Groups

Swimmers are placed in groups based on age and ability:

• Developmental groups for beginners to competitive
• Age group teams
• Senior groups for advanced swimmers

Youth water polo program at SRJC pool for those interested in team aquatic sports.

Commitment Level

This is a real commitment - practices multiple times per week, weekend meets. Perfect for kids who love swimming and want to compete. Not the right fit if you just want recreational pool time.
